Below are just a few recent examples of where the Landwood Group have successfully disposed of property via auction. 

Mixed Retail and Residential Property - 108 High Street, Brotton, Saltburn-by-sea TS12 2QD & Units A, B & C 25 High Street, Loftus, Saltburn-by-the-sea TS13 4HA

Acting for LPA Receivers the instruction involved two assets, comprising two tenanted retail units and a vacant basement flat and a separate tenanted ground floor retail unit.  The properties were not straightforward for investors, comprising part of a larger building with some repair issues, in a location with a number of vacant properties available for sale and to let.   Adopting a strategy of selling across two auctions, a successful result was obtained from a less than ideal situation achieving a total sales price of £87,000.

Vacant Land & Development Potential - Former RBL Site Scholes Lane St Helens WA10 3NU

A plot of land extending to approximately 0.5 acre in a residential area of relatively low values, situated approximately 1.5 miles from the town centre.  Formerly the site of a club premises, the building was demolished and sold without planning permission and a sale price of £150,000 was achieved.

Converted Public House - The Wellington Vaults, 376 Mill Street, Liverpool, L8 4RT

A vacant property comprising a former pub converted into three flats. The property required refurbishment and had potential for HMO use.  Acting for Receivers a sale price of £175,000 was achieved.

 

Residential Portfolio – South of England

A residential portfolio across the South of England in Gravesend, London and Eastbourne.  41 properties were successfully sold in three consecutive auctions, raising a combined sales price of approximately £14,000,000.

Residential Portfolio – North East of England

A residential portfolio across Ferryhill, Bishop Auckland and Newton Aycliffe.  Acting for Fixed Charge Receivers 68 properties were sold, achieving a combined sales price of approximately £1,700,000.
